Streamline Safeguarding Processes for Earlier Interventions

“We have been using CPOMS at Herne Bay Infant School and Seashells Nursery since September 2017 and find it a very useful and supportive tool for improving communication, keeping a chronology of an individual child, and enabling easy access for senior staff when multi-agency working is required. All staff are trained to use the system which has a quick and easy way to record any concerns, for example details of conversations, medical needs and safeguarding issues to name a few. We like the flexibility that CPOMS allows for different levels of access to the individual categories and overall information. As the system allows you to set up your own categories, you can tailor CPOMS to the specific needs of your school and pupils. We recently learned how to redesign the incident screen which will make it even more user friendly.”
